We will double check the order details of your doll in 24 hours after the order placed, back with an email for either a production comfirmation or if we have any questions with the order.

  1. Production

We will put the orders into brand dolls’ factory’s production with the selected options, we will keep our eyes on the orders’ productions precess.

  1. Factory Photos&Videos

We will email with the dolls’ factory photos and videos so you can check your purchase before shipment.

  1. Shipping

We will make sure the doll is well-packed before shipment, tracking number will be updated in 24 hours.
